If you are interested in financially supporting our efforts to end motor neuron disease, there are several ways to donate. All donations are tax-deductible. The SPF's federal tax ID number is 04-3594491.

If you prefer to donate via the Internet with a credit card, click below.

Become a Fundraiser
If you would like to become an online fundraiser, you must register at active.com and setup your own fundraising site. Follow the button link below, and select the Become a Fundraiser link at the top of the web page. Once your site is completed, mail out the links to your friends and family.




If you prefer to do your fundraising offline, click below to download a fundraiser form. If you choose this option, simply bring the checks and cash you collect to the race or mail them to the following address. All checks should be made out to the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation or SPF.
