The Magnificent Mile start/finish area will be located near the 300 block of Hillsborough Street in downtown Raleigh at the intersection with Harrington Street . This is approximately 3 blocks west of the North Carolina State Capitol building . Landmarks include the Second Empire restaurant and Clarion Hotel.
